Extremely rude customer service people working there except for one woman. She is the only polite and genuine person. Have never seen this rude staff and this is not first time experiencing such rude behavior. Have been a regular customer buying flowers every week to the temple. Won't go here after. Will rather buy flower bouquet from regular stores to the temple. Outright RUDE service!!!!

Very disappointed with my experience at Vivek Flowers today. I placed a pooja items order online and completed the payment in advance, but when I arrived for pickup the staff said my order was not in their list. After waiting around 30 minutes, they finally gave the order, and even then some items were missing. Nobody informed me earlier about unavailable items, and they also refused to refund the missing products. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially for religious pooja needs where timing is important. I request the store management to improve coordination and customer communication and process refunds properly when items are unavailable.

I ordered flowers for a funeral: two flower necklaces one for the photo and one for the body. I specified the photo is 18” tall so many time and they still managed to prepare something that was too small, we had to DIY and make it work. The other thing I ordered was a display of flowers for on top of the casket and I showed references for what I wanted, they just kinda did their own thing and made it similar but not really want I wanted. It wasn’t too bad so I can’t complain about the look but it’s the fact that I paid $350, I did not see the quality of what I paid.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The women working in this shop, especially the owner, are extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. The owner openly complained about us right in front of me, without any shame or basic courtesy. We purchased items worth $200, and shockingly, most of the products spoiled within one day. I am attaching photos along with the bill as proof. When I politely asked at the time of billing if they could offer any discount or at least give a few flowers as a goodwill gesture, their response was extremely arrogant. They said, If your bill is $600, then we will think about it.The tone and attitude were insulting, but I chose not to argue and left. I returned later because the majority of the items were already spoiled. Instead of taking responsibility, the owner became aggressive and started shouting. Her exact response was, What do you want me to do? I don’t know about the product. This is completely unacceptable. If the owner herself claims she does not know about the quality of the products, then how can they sell these items to customers with confidence? This shows a total lack of accountability. A

I worked with Vivek Flowers for my wedding. We received beautiful garlands - they were very fresh and the quality was excellent. I wished I could wear the garlands everywhere, they are stunning. The ladies in the store had our garlands ready ahead of time, pick up was very easy. I highly recommend using Vivek Flowers for your celebrations.
